For some girls hair is a very important part of their body.It can completely change our appearance.We surely want a healthy and beautiful hair, if we want that there are some tips and ways to take care of it. Here are some things that you should know.

The first thing that causes damages to the strands is the heat, avoid using the hottest setting on your hair dryer and mostly if you’re later using a flat iron. Also be sure to point the airflow down on the hair shaft to prevent frizz.

Stress, smoking, and bad eating habits can make your hair dull and prone to breakage.

Your hair is its most fragile when wet, so try avoiding excessive brushing or combing until it’s most dry. For some of us is hard to shower with cold water but it’s better to rinse your hair with it.Why? this helps to seal the cuticle, making it harder for moisture to enter the hair follicle, which can cause frizz.

Giving yourself a scalp massage in the shower every morning may seem like a waste of time, but it really does stimulate your hair growth and enhance the strength of your roots

Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair.

Choose a shampoo that suits your hair type. Don’t just go for any cheap shampoo; go for the shampoo that is right for your hair type.
